Moci Dining Table by Asplund
Swedish brand Asplund added the clean-lined Moci Table to its collection. Upcoming designer Moa Sjöberg came up with the sleek design combining solid oak legs that sit neatly under the gently rounded corners of the oak veneer top. Spanning 240 centimetres in width, the table lends itself as centre piece in a conference room or a spacious dining space. It's available in natural oak, stained white oak or stained chestnut oak.
Part of its freshly launched outdoor range, Gubi made the popular Pacha Lounge Chair al-fresco ready. The iconic piece by French designer Pierre Paulin, originally launched in 1975, now features a water-resistant and breathable membrane interlayer ensuring the materials dry quickly. Its base is made from moisture-resistant plywood increasing protection in humid condition, and includes a full swivel mechanism.
For their latest furniture collection, Danish furniture manufacturer Skagerak collaborated with Stockholm-based Note Design Studio. Inspired by the archipelago surrounding Stockholm, the Pelago Dining Chair feels clean and friendly at once: it's simple design compels with softer details including the tubular feet and rounded corners of the wooden seat and backrest. The light, versatile chair is made out of FSC-certified teak and powder-coated aluminium.
Soft from all sides: Swedish duo Färg & Blanche designed the Lily Lounge Chair for Petite Friture. Appearing like it's constructed from cushions, the piece stands out with a slim and simultaneously voluminous profile. The frame is made from steel and timber, while the cushions are filled with fireproof polyurethane foam.
Viccarbe introduces the Cambio Conference Table, a design by Victor Carrasco for indoor and outdoor settings. Striking an elegant balance of sculptural and minimal, the table top comes either in coloured MDF, including ochre, pink and green, or a natural oak veneer in various wood finishes. The contract options are also available in thin melamine or compact laminate.
A gem for any floor: The Diamond Rug, a design by Charlotte Lancelot for GAN, is now available on Clippings. Playing with gradients and sharp lines, the kilim's geometric pattern is hand-woven with fibres made from recycled PET bottles. This choice of material makes the rug also suitable for terraces and other outdoor areas.
