Our team can work with your interior designers to nail the FF&E or simply purchase and manage a complex specification handed over by your team – and everything in between.

FF&E design concept

Our procurement experts will work with your interior designer to create the furniture and lighting package. We can also consult developers on the interior’s concept.

Accessories and OS&E Package

Do you also need an accessories package? Our team can put forward a range of options according to your OS&E budget.

Mock-up and samples

Do you want to see the products in real life before making any decisions? We can set up a mock-up room with samples to discuss options with you or your team in person.

Show flats

We’ll put together an appealing furniture and accessories package for show flats, procure all items and handle the on-site dressing.

Space planning

Once the specification is signed off, we review your floor plans and create CAD plans to ensure the product dimensions are suitable for the location.

Delivery and installation

Reduce risk and stress levels by letting our logistics and assembly experts make sure that all products end up where they are supposed to.

Dedicated project manager

For the entire delivery and installation phase you will have an assigned project manager to oversee all logistics and rearrange deliveries in case of delays on site.

Online delivery tracker

Which products are still in production? What has already arrived in the warehouse? You can track the delivery status of all ordered items on the Clippings platform.

Consolidated delivery

We collect all deliveries from different suppliers in our London warehouse. When your site is ready, we’ll deliver in batches according to the signed-off installation schedule.


Our trusted delivery partner can install all furniture pieces at their designated spot. They’ll also remove all packaging and return it to a state-of-the-art recycling site.


Once installation is completed, the client and our project manager will inspect all items floor by floor for sign-off.


Aftercare is never an afterthought at Clippings. You will continue to have an assigned contact at Clippings long after the first tenants have moved in for reorders, purchasing variations or guarantee claims.
