Learn how to visually organise and track product ideas for your project using the board.

Spaces allow you to organise products in your board. Like a folder, use them to group products of similar styles or for specific rooms.
You can also organise different product edits when you can’t commit to one style or you work on different budget options for a client.
Select Create a space from the menu in the bottom toolbar. Give it a name, and drag and drop items from your board into the space.
💡 Did you know? You can create spaces within spaces! Handy if you’re working on a large project and need to organise by both floor and room.
Once a product is in a space, use the ••• to move it, or copy it, to another space.
💡 Did you know? You can also copy products from one project to another using Copy to... — great for re-using your favourite products.
To rename or delete a space, click ••• on its tile. Deleting a space will also delete all the products inside it from your board.
Looking to manage approval status? In the board, each product is set as • Proposed by default. This can be changed to • Approved or • Rejected by anyone with access to the project — click on any status to change it.
The default view of the board is the grid. Here, you can see large images and basic product information such as; brand, name, variation, price and approval status.
Looking for a more detailed view? Switch to the list using ≡ List in the top left. Here, you’ll see additional product information such as lead time and supplier.
You can filter products by category or approval status via the top menu. Handy if you want to view all table lamps you’re considering for a project, or want to see which products are yet to be approved.
Click on any product in the board to see more information, including trade discounts and lead time. You can also add a product reference to match it against your floor plan or leave some notes.

To quickly share a read-only view of your Clippings project, click the ‘Share’ button to get a shareable link for your project. Anyone with this link will be able to view a ‘share view’ of your project where any pricing will be shown as RRP.
Add colleagues to your project as collaborators. Click the icon button in your project and search your team, or add their address directly for them to be added as collaborators.
Click on any product in the board to open the modal. Select the Comments tab at the top and start a conversation with colleagues or ask for help from the Clippings team. Project collaborators will be notified when a new comment is added to any item.
💡 Did you know? Collaborators can also manage approval status — perfect for tracking progress with clients and colleagues.
You can download a spreadsheet listing all the products including images, status and product details. Click ••• in the toolbar, and select Export as spreadsheet.
Need images for your presentation? Click ••• in the toolbar, and select Download images to get hi-res cut-outs of every product in your board.
